***Spark! =)
Ola! =) my name is Ada Ho Kah Leng. Currently doin form six in SMK (P) St George. Am blogging for the first time ever so I apologize if this blog appears “different”..Smiles*
As you can see, my whole blog is very ORANGE-ish. Hee that’s because ORANGE describes me B.E.S.T. orange is said to be for people who’s [BUBBLY], euphoric AND BRIGHT, just like the colour. 100% agree!! But I’ve also been told that this colour is for people who keep things to themselves. Well its quite true.. like maybe someone offends me with his words I may just keep it to myself. Yes im a PEACEmaker. Lol but that’s only if the words were uttered unintentionally! If he did it on purpose,I’ll give him . ;) in order to let you see a clearer picture of who or how am I like… I’ve carried out a survey in my school. The following are my results……

Other than my fanaticism for ORANGE, I also have the passion for many other things. The 3 highlights of my life would be my involvement in
CHEERLEADING, Gymnastics AND TAEKWONDO.
Yes u’re right. Im a cheerleader. And I say it loud and proud. Haha. I cannot imagine how empty my life would’ve been without cheerleading.. I love my team, Vivacious a lot. U can see our picture “TO THE RIGHT TO THE RIGHT”. We’ve represented Penang TWICE. Heeee.

I don’t claim to be the next Picasso or Beethoven but I AM quite artistic really. Haha. Im a part time Face Painter for an event company,DreamCastle where im paid BIG BUCKS. All I do is just paint pretty and colourful things on human. Hee wat’s most satisfying is when my customers leave with a S.M.I.L.E J I know that they’re bringing a small part of *ADA* with them. Spread d love.
19th April 2008 is the BEST day of my life. Why?
The day I read this line, I knew Great things were heading my way. Little did I know that I was going to be given a chance to overcome my fears. On the 19th April, I boarded my camp bus at 4 am. Upon reaching, I was really EXCITED but as soon as I stepped down, my stomach did a back flip. i saw many NS trainees on the ground doin pushups NON-stop. I felt so threatened by the muscular girls. REALLY. Then, it was my turn to compete. My event was the kayak doubles event. I almost FAINTED when I saw the sea. The waves and wind were so strong the kayaks overturned themselves! People from my camp were cheering us on. As i entered the kayak, i felt my legs shaking. ADA ADA ADA!!!! I could hear them from far.. I couldn’t handle the pressure and wanted to breakdown. This is crazy! I’ve only kayaked in a pond not a SEA!! Oh my god. Why am I even here?!
````PRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!```` once the whistled was blown, I grabbed the paddle and GAVE IT MY ALL. The most surprising thing is not only did I not give up, I kept shouting to my partner behind “we’re almost there! ALL OUT!”. After reaching the finish line, my arms were numbed. We WON. =) We won 3rd out of 12 camps and it was the best accomplishment my camp has achieved. I’ll never forget how I felt that day. How I did not take the easy way out.
I’ve lost money during NS but if I were to find RM50, I wouldnt have kept it for myself. I believe in KARma u see. Haha. I’ll donate it to the Tzu Chi Association. You’ll never know how this small sum of money might change a person’s life.It might not convince you…but think about it. A little money from everybody and people in china or Africa will have more food and schools. In 15 years to come, I hope to see myself pursuing my career in LIBERAL ARTS. I am going to stand for women rights. Alaska has AURORA and I am going to see it for real too! ^^
Everyone has their own alter ego. Me? I can appear to be very relaxed and happy go lucky but when it comes to things that matter to me, I’ll be very competitive. I’ll turn into a serious and uptight person. Noone has seen this mature side of me. ;) its our little secret k? haha
Wat makes me, ME? MY EXPERIENCES, my thoughts, my smile. Who I am does not matter but what I do defines me. =) till we meet again!
